Frequently-Scheduled Campus Facilities

  • Using Cal Poly's Master Calendar – Use the Master Calendar to check room availability for the current term. (Using the calendar to find classrooms for future terms is not recommended due to changing assignments during academic schedule planning.)
  • General Purpose Conference Rooms – Use Cal Poly's Zimbra Calendar program to check availability and reserve these rooms:
    • 10-241 (Erhart Agriculture, capacity: 24)
    • 26-205 (Graphic Arts, capacity: 12)
    • 47-24B (Faculty Offices North, capacity: 20)
