- Class Change Sheet – When making changes to classes after they post to PASS, fax this form indicating dean's office approval, to University Scheduling at 756-6594. For fastest response, email your request via the dean's office.
- Class Notes – New notes are added to the table every term, so we no longer distribute a printed copy. Please access the most current list of class notes through your PeopleSoft Student Administration account (Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Class Notes Table).
- Multimedia and Smart Lecture Rooms –- Technology, 360° video and diagrams of these specially-equipped lecture rooms.
- Academic Policies – Academic Programs' policies affecting curricula.
- CS Numbers and K-Factors – Contact hours and workload for course components are determined using this CSU Classification System.
- Special Final Exams – Requesting common finals, final exams for classes scheduled in irregular time patterns, and alternate final exams.
